"Stunning house in a lovely area! The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable each with a bathroom. Living spaces were a good size and nicely furnished. The communication before from Stef and Nikki was exceptional and we were provided with lots of info to make our stay more enjoyable. Hot tub overlooking the river was a nice touch. "Arriving at Sprowston Hall it was impressive. However, Room was tucked up a lot of stairs (not told of this at reception) Bed was very uncomfortable, duvet was too small for a double bed - with 2 people in, only 2 pillows (which werent comfortable) - no spare. Room was freezing too. Went to the bar to look at menu and asked for a decaf coffee but male bar staff said he would have to go and get one - very reluctantly-so told him not to bother. Menu at the bar quite restrictuve too. Overall disappointing. "
