"We asked for an accessible room which was nice and spacious. The room and hotel were very clean. The beds were comfortable, a bit firm, but they did the job. The vending machines in the hallway weren't good. They either didn't work or they stole our money. I wouldn't bother. The bistro downstairs was great! Good food and open for breakfast. A bit expensive but easier than going out for breakfast when we had a busy day ahead. My biggest complaint would be one of the people working behind the desk at the lobby. We asked if the accessible pool chair was working for my son who is in a wheelchair and he blew us off. Said he had no idea if it was working and that nobody had used it in forever. He should be reminded that ADA laws require that hotels have a working pool chair. He also said it in front of my son which made him feel pretty unimportant. Other than that everything was fine. The rest of the staff and housekeepers were very kind and attentive. We stayed for almost 10 days which was a little long but I'd stay there again for a long weekend."
