"The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. I loved the atmosphere. Very cool decor! So cozy and comfortable EXCEPT the beds. They are ROCK HARD!! I have spinal stenosis so this caused me to have very slow days. In Hollywood that is no good!! Not much sleep in any of our 3 nights. We also booked a hillside view upper level room. Ended up with a 4th floor city view, so sad about that. There was no ice bucket in the room and only one coffee pod that wasn’t caffeine free, there...
