"We loved it! The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed the cafe attached, and love looking at the collection of celebrity photos and signatures. They had a sewing kit to help us repair my nieces dress before our show at the Pantages. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel is very well located within walking distance to excellent restaurants, attractions such as the Chinese Theatre, Dolby Theatre, wax museums and Hollywood Museum (highly recommended). Tours and the Big Bus leave from nearby stops. You can also see the Hollywood sign from the area adjacent to the pool. The bar area is well patronised and we saw appetising snacks served. "From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the service was excellent. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Michael helped us with our luggage and he gave us a tour on the way up to our room as well as so much great info. on dining and the amenities available. It’s an older property that was recently renovate and very nicely done. The fixtures and details have so much character & charm yet all the top notch amenities a 5-star hotel is expected to have.
