"Stayed here about two months ago and wanted to share our experience. During the night we heard scratching and gnawing sounds coming from under the refrigerator for several hours, which made it clear there was a rodent in the room and made it very difficult to sleep. In the morning, we moved the refrigerator and found a hole in the floor along with rat droppings underneath. We documented everything and reported it to the front desk at checkout. We were given contact information for management but never received a response despite following up. The property itself has a nice concept, but this was a serious health and safety concern and the lack of response afterward was disappointing."

"Hello. the location is ideal in Big Bear. My room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were professional and courteous. A couple of maintenance items that could use improvement. The hot tub was not hot. There was a smell of gas leak in the stairwell next to the front lobby. The upstairs third floor bedrooms were very hot at 85 degrees. The hallways upstairs were also very hot. We opened the windows to get some breeze to ease the heat. These appear to be all fixable items. Just need attention."

"Everything was fine,my kids really enjoyed the playground the only thing that was bothering me was the fridge not working properly my drinks and milk were warm. The cabin was clean and it had everything we needed to make a meal. My family wants to go back next year."

"This location uses photos of other neigheiboring facilities miss representing their location. There is no pool, especially not with slides, there was no breakfast like stated in the purchase of the room, there was a fire hazard in the room with how close the bed was to the fireplace, you could not even walk to the bathroom without stepping over the fire mantle, the "fold out couch" was actually a footon. The staff made no effort to correct a miss booking and stuck us in a tiny room, the only communication with them was over text and they never responded or resolved anything. The road is loud and right next to the property making it sound like it's next to a highway, there was no bar like stated and the "playground" was a safety hazard (they also show photos of a playground not on their site). And last how hard is it to have blinds that actually block light on the windows, we had zero chance to sleep in due to the room not being able to be closed up. The room at the very best was worth $50 a night and I'd hesitate to pay that. This was on of the shottiest "vacation resorts" I have ever been to. Would not recommend, go to one of the other ones in the area."

"The Club was wonderful! Super nice, quiet, gated. There were semi-private garages. I think it may have been condos at one time. The price was the same as a hotel for a two bedroom, two bath suite. But it was more than a suite. It was like a small apartment. There was a private balcony and a full kitchen. Everyone was super helpful. Nick was very nice at check in."
