"Great Hotel. Very close to Warick and Stratford Upon Avon. "

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"Quick check in. Location is perfect for the airport. Shops in the airport on 24 hour opening giving good snack options. Comfortable bed and room well soundproofed"

"We didn't need parking as we walked to and from the airport, and we didn't have breakfast. The dining room was good as we didn't want to stay in the room any longer than we need to as it is tiny. It served it's purpose as we needed somewhere to stay for the night. The first room they assigned us was not possible for me to stay in as there was a terrible bathroom odor lingering."

"We had a lovely evening spent at the Stratford manor hotel. The property is located amidst the beautiful countryside of Stratford city. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. "

"We stayed for one night before an exhibition at Stoneleigh Park. It was really convenient for that venue. The room was comfortable, breakfast was amazing -and for £11 you got fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, and then the full cooked breakfast buffet. The food was fresh, well presented and lots of choice. I did notice a gluten free breakfast bar too. We ate in the evening - not a massive choice on the menu, but we found something we liked. The only downside for us was that the room was hot, but...

"Air conditioning broke during night setting off an alarm which woke me up spoiling my nights sleep, which was reason for coming the day before my conference. Once i worked out what it wasand rang receptionstaff came and switched off air con unit. However, this meant room became uncomfortably warm. Disappointing given the price paid. Fely a partial refund should have been offered.it wasnt. Fish and chips nice in restaurant. However, hot breakfast items were not warm which was unfortunate.. "

Not so good: Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. "

"We only stayed there for a night after seeing a play and I have to say it has exceeded our expectation greatly. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. And while it situated only a stone throw from Shakespeare's birthplace, it is very quiet. The in-the-room breakfast for a small fee is a very nice touch and we will definitely stay there again if we're in town. "
