"Location was excellent; so easy to get off the Shinkansen and get right to the hotel. Like many Japanese hotels, the rooms were a bit small, but the staff was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our stay."

"Absolutely stunning hotel. The lobby is grand and exudes luxury. There are many dining options, and the public bus goes directly to the hotel entrance. Beautiful views, easy access to go to miyajima island. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again!"

"JR 히로시마역에서 도보 7분정도 거리에 있어서 위치도 괜찮았구요, 객실도 깨끗하고 직원분들도 다들 친절하셨습니다. 그리고 호텔 바로 밑에 로손편의점이 있어 숙소 들어갈때 먹을거 사가기 편했어요 ^^ 방이 살짝 좁은감이 있긴 하지만, 전체적으로 무척 만족스러웠습니다~~!!"
