Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. Never felt stranded or unsure about anything."

"What an amazing place to stay!!!! I am NOT a beach lover, but my kids are... and this hotel sits right in between the beach and the rainforest! So while after an exhausting day in the sun of the beach, we got to come back to the hotel and sit on the balcony that overlooked the rainforest. Immediately, when you walk in, your breath will be taken away from the view, and I don't know what scent that they have in that hotel, but I need to find it in a candle!!! "The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most spoke both Spanish and English. The grill and bar at the pool was so convenient and the food was tasty. The buffet style breakfast had many options and the hours were sufficient (6-10am). The room was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Vouchers for beach chairs and an umbrella was a nice bonus. We loved our stay and would stay there again."

"The hotel was quaint, unique, and centrally located. It was near most major attractions in San Juan and the staff was super helpful. My only complaint, minor one, was that the room was super hot when we checked in and took till almost 10 pm to cool down. It would have been better if the AC had been turned on an hour prior to checking in to make the room more enjoyable earlier."
