"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."

"The Grand Hyatt staff at check in was the absolute worst. I upgraded, had proof from the Hyatt app and confirmation on my upgrade to the reserve. "I had a beautiful view from my room, partial ocean and the pool ( but not all rooms have a good view), ask when you booking. Food was good. Close to the resort butchery bus station and you easy can get down town Nassau. AC and amenities were in good condition in my room."
