"The bar/restaurant is great, but the hotel is more motel and is very run down, to the point it seems dirtier than it is. Its alright as a workman accomodation but I wouldn't stay again with my partner or family. The rooms were beyond dated, the hotel and car park is tucked away from the main pub and reasonably lit. But the path to the bar is poorly lit and a bit of a trip hazard. "

"Gerry is fabulous, him and Patricia made our anniversary very special, providing us with a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate with. Gerry gave us recommendations to go to The White Heart which was delicious. The room is very clean and lovely little touches like a coffee machine and biscuits. Gerry also showed us their beautiful animals and let us see around the property, which is stunning. We very much recommend staying! "
