"When we arrived to check in the room was not ready. Turns out they were not even aware of our booking until we showed it to them. We then had to wait two hours whilst the owner came to the property to get the room ready.
Waiting outside in the side proved to be a disaster as their outdoor table and chair was covered in a black bitumen type substance that got all over the bottom of my trousers and completely ruined them.
When we did get into the room the large curved screen TV proved to be...

"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"Amazing looking building beautiful bedroom with balcony Shane we were not informed about a 21 party being held as it was very loud until gone 1in the morning
Breakfast was ok but nothing outstanding
Staff were great but ran of there feet
Very crowded in the bar either no seats available and it was to noisy to sit out on our balcony wanted a relaxing night away in the country felt like I was at loud club night"
