"Excellent clean modern accomodation. I had a suite with a kitchenette which was well equipped and ideal for breakfasts /snacks. Comfy bed and also plenty of storage room. Clean modern bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. Large private balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioning units in suite are also heaters in the cooler months. "Ultra modern and stylish hotel close to the Central Market shopping district. An excellent massage can be had at the onsite spa, and the rooftop bar offers drinks and/or dinner beside the pool. The breakfast buffet is also better than average, although made-to-order options are also available."

"Beautiful apartment in the middle of town. Host was very helpful. The bus was only about a 5 minute walk away. There are so many good restaurants within minutes of the apartment. Highly recommend."

"Nothing bad to say. It is a perfect stay and has the perfect staff and perfect anemities. Very clean and close to center. The only negative point was they rang on me at 11am sharp to checkout. They ddnt wait 1 minute :) althu the checkin is at 3pm. They werent flexible on this point. However I still rate them 10/10."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this place. Rua Augusta is conveniently located with in walking distance to some of the best restaurants and ferry terminal. The best part was the ever so responsive and helpful host Theodosia. "

"They communicated very well with us and even offered help when we had a problem with our ferry delay. The host was very nice. The garden is gorgeous, the bathroom/shower is modern and cool and the bed very comfortable. We wish we had been able to stay longer. "

"A lovely oasis outside the main tourist areas yet still close enough to walk to everything. I’d read the reviews about the “rough” neighbourhood, but while it is not picturesque, it always felt safe. The hotel has loveky bright rooms, and is scrupulously clean. We loved having a private ground floor patio with its own lemon tree! There were some wifi issues during our stay, but not specific to the hotel. Biggest plus: the small complement of staff provided excellent recommendations, lots of help...

"Terrible don’t stay here. Beds are as hard as a rock it’s loud till 2 am from a near by night club and planes flyover head all night long. Didn’t have breakfast as we had to check out early. Coffee machine had to be moved to plug in. Shower is extremely dark. Floors had a lot of water damage. I would not stay here again. "

"The room is a great size with a ensuite and kitchenette. There is a small dining table for two and a balcony. I found the room suitable and good value fof money. It had a reverse cycle air conditioner which came in handy overnight when it got colder. The bed was firm yet comfortable. The kitchen had a mid-sized bar fridge. "
