"Excellent clean modern accomodation. I had a suite with a kitchenette which was well equipped and ideal for breakfasts /snacks. Comfy bed and also plenty of storage room. Clean modern bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. Large private balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioning units in suite are also heaters in the cooler months. "Clean and I the center of Heraklion, right by the old port. Scenic. The people were very courteous and accommodating. One note that I can’t blame Megaron for, but the street side rooms can get pretty noisy in the evenings due to traffic and pedestrians."

"Rua Augusta exceeded our expectations. We were in the England suite. Was the perfect size. Modern. Very, very clean and well laid out. Finishes were high end. Washer/Dryer combo was very convenient and the location was perfect. Will definitely book here again."

"Ultra modern and stylish hotel close to the Central Market shopping district. An excellent massage can be had at the onsite spa, and the rooftop bar offers drinks and/or dinner beside the pool. The breakfast buffet is also better than average, although made-to-order options are also available."

"The hotel is excellent. No problems. They arranged ride from airport, guide and ride to Knossos. Room was completely satisfying. Breakfast was plentiful. Location is near everything."

"Nothing bad to say. It is a perfect stay and has the perfect staff and perfect anemities. Very clean and close to center. The only negative point was they rang on me at 11am sharp to checkout. They ddnt wait 1 minute :) althu the checkin is at 3pm. They werent flexible on this point. However I still rate them 10/10."

"A lovely oasis outside the main tourist areas yet still close enough to walk to everything. I’d read the reviews about the “rough” neighbourhood, but while it is not picturesque, it always felt safe. The hotel has loveky bright rooms, and is scrupulously clean. We loved having a private ground floor patio with its own lemon tree! There were some wifi issues during our stay, but not specific to the hotel. Biggest plus: the small complement of staff provided excellent recommendations, lots of help...
