I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. We were being neglected by one of the server at dinner table, after h found out the circumstance , he immediately personally intervened to solve the issue in a very professional way. We’re impressed by his attentive and approachable attitude to handle the problem. He is a great asset to this hotel! "
