"We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and have yet to hear back from a Manager regarding the numerous complaints we had with the service experienced. "The Falmouth is a great hotel and very beautiful. The rooms are always comfortable and well equipped. The only negatives we encountered were the Car Park, which is alway busy (probably due to the fact that the hotel offers Gym and Health Club membership). There were occassions where there were literally no spaces. The other area where there could be improvement is the Breakfast. The continental buffet was lacking in choice and the cooked breakfast came out looking unappealing, undercooked...
