"The guy at the front desk was pleasant. Near breakfast area there was crumbs and napkins on the floor since breakfast time and I checked in at 4pm. Rooms were nice but housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning the rooms. Hair sheet, hair in shower and on the floors. Candy wrapper in corner of room, sunflower seed shells in corner of floor, room was very DUSTY! One of the light fixtures didn’t work and the room had an unpleasant odor like stinky socks! "We needed a bed to for the night, and got what we paid for, won’t be returning. The staff was nice, quick and helped us check in. The room was not as cleaned as it looked in the pictures. Our restroom smelled awful, there was a hair in the shower that clearly didn’t belong to any of us. The floor was dirty. I said when I booked it on expedia there was parking included. They waived it. Next in the room, there were spiders in the bathroom coming in and out. We managed to kill one of them. They must come from the non functioning air conditioning vent because they have wall units. Then one of my daughters found a piece if a condom wrapper that doesn't sit well...

"Very close to the safari park, which was our destination. We arrived very early and the front desk staff had our room ready within an hour and a half. There are lots of food choicrs nearby. Del Taco, In N Out, Cane's, Carl's Jr across the road. Room was clean. In room keurig, fridge. Great shower, nice water pressure, nice snd hot. Dove shampoo, bodywash and lotion was really nice. "Me encantó primero el personal, todos tan atentos. La ubicación muy cerca del mar de una zona muy bonita de compras y restaurantes. "Nice location but not well maintained. The door handle for one door was coming off, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the towel bar wasn’t attached properly so it kept falling down, the AC was spotty making it warm it one room of the suite and cold in another. Nothing major but things that make you wonder why you’re paying the price you are."
