"We didn't have breakfast there. Bar offered a good choice of drinks. The extractor fan didn't work in the on suite but it was kept very clean. The stairs to the room were quite steep and the doors were very close together making it a little difficult to manoeuvre. The toilet was quite tall so shorter people may find their feet wouldn't touch the floor. The bed was very comfortable."

"Recommend the 5 Bells and their team very highly. Both relaxed and very professional, from the minute I checked in to a great breakfast. I was en route to the channel tunnel. If you’re doing the same stay here, seriously."

"Lovely comfortable clean room, very helpful staff. There was no air conditioning and we couldn’t open the windows and we stayed during a heatwave so the room was very hot. Next time probably wouldn’t pay for breakfast as there are lots of excellent cafes close by"

"Glorious location and super cute accommodation. Only negative is that two of the three rooms are up very narrow steep steps (it’s a boat!) and the car park is 100m away so not easy to get to if you’ve limited mobility. But if that’s not an issue for you, 100% recommend!!"

"Always stay here the night before travelling on Le Shuttle. 30 mins to the terminal. Large car park immediately adjacent to the hotel. Reception staff always welcoming. Rooms spacious with an excellent shower. Only downside is the range of services next door at the service station. OK if you like McDonalds! Improvement with Leon when you can navigate the ordering process! Good news is that there are some good pubs nearby with restaurant attached. Really good value - usually half price...

"ヒーバー城とチャートウエルに行くためロンドンから来ました。駅から3分で直ぐにわかります。チェックイン、アウト、荷物回収時に受付の方が居なかったりほかの方対応で時間がかかりました。部屋は地方のせいか広く、最新の設備で気持ち良く過ごせました。朝食は六時半からでしたが七時半頃向かい、十分な品がまだありましたが無くなったものの補充はなく帰る頃には温かい品（卵・ベーコン・ポテト・マッシュルームなと）はもう片付けられていました。各々とればイングリッシュブレックファストを食べられますし、果物やヨーグルト、パンの他にマフィンやクランペットもあり、イギリスではじめて食べる機会に恵まれました。焼いてバターとはちみつで凄く美味しかった。お水も自由にペットボトルへ入れられました。ここセブンオークスはロンドンから１時間弱、宿泊が高いロンドンより日帰りでなく地方泊をオススメします。宿泊の夜はロンドンのスーパー購入の物を持ち込みました。"

"The hotel was OK, but for the price I felt the room was dated compared to other budget hotels. No air con in our room, light switch controlled ALL lights in the room, so no bedside reading light which is really annoying when there's two or more of you sharing a room. TV channel options seemed to be hit and miss. Other than that breakfast was good and staff were very helpful and pleasant. In terms of location it was ideal, but if I was less fussy about location there are probably better value...

"Stayed at the Windmill before and accommodation is excellent. Had 2 wonderful evening meals. Pet friendly. Only let down on the last day was a boiler failure which meant no hot water and only a dribble of cold water. So no shower I’m afraid! Had to boil kettle to get hot water for a wash of sorts. Staff very apologetic but couldn’t sort the issue before we had to leave."

"Howfield Manor is a really lovely hotel. Quite a unique venue. The staff were so helpful. This is my second time at the hotel yesterday was for sisters Celebration of Life. We were in the marque which was beautifully laid out, the food was extremely good and the staff were very helpful. We had a lovely room which was very clean and we had a superb view of the gardens. Highly recommended."

"Good clean room. Bathroom looked as if it had been recently refurbished and was immaculate. A bigger bath mat in the shower cubicle would be advisable as the floor does get slightly slippy. Air con would have been useful, especially in the recent hot weather. Breakfasts were good but took a long time to arrive."

"Very comfortable room. Could not figure out how to turn the heat on and there is no one in the pub overnight to call on. Breakfast was disappointing."
