I'll start with positives: room was cleaned every day. Food at the restaurants was good. The cleanliness of the pool and surrounding area was definitely a big issue. Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
Rooms were extremely clean and amenities well maintained. It’s an older building. Under construction around tennis courts and nearby. Was quiet, no noise but not beautiful to drive into. The beach was excellent!

La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico, Autograph Collection
Ernesto at check was beyond helpful. Cleared up a mixup with our reservation in no time. The entire resort is fantastic! The adult pool needs to be refurbished a bit, but was very serene for relaxing. Overall an excellent stay!
