"Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. "

"Overall out stay at Blue Bay was good. We booked an ocean view room but was a bit disappointed to see our view included the construction of a new beach which made our view not as pleasurable. On our first day the master bathroom flooded and water went throughout the unit. Maintenance arrived and was able to fix the drain and clean the water up. "The hotel was nice and room clean. However, the front desk was not attentive to answering calls. This hotel doesn't provide Room Service and the restaurant staff though friendly, provided inadequate service. Additionally, though you can see the ocean, this is not a beach property."

"First day was a big disappointment. We came in at 11:00 because of an early flight, asked for an early check in, they told us the people from that room would leave at 12:00 and after that it would be cleaned immediately. The check in time is 15:00 and by 15:35 the room was ready. We asked for a compensation, because of the longer waiting time, but we never got it. If it was the other way as in a later check out, they would let us pay for it, but they’re even talking about our compensation...
