"The room that was given to us was nothing like what was advertised in the app. Room was VERY old, did nit even have enough outlets for phone chargers, I had to put my phone on charge in the bathroom. Reception staff could not even organise a taxi. Laundry were held at the reception until I had to go down and pay for it. Even thought my card details were at the reception and bond was in place. We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal. Sofa was not clean also. It s black and blue so dirt can not be seen, but the moment you seat on it, your full body will be itching. "On the first glance the hotel is fancy and rooms are spacious. However the hotel is not getting necessary repairs and not very clean. In the shower you get either very hot or very cold water. Safe did not work, toilet cover was cracked, a socket was loose, faucet leaking etc. The stuff was very polite but not very helpful. One night it was very loud music until 11pm. Also, there is no light on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. Otherwise it was fine :)"
