Room cleanness was a big issue. The first day, we found insects in the bed, behind the pillows. Three and big ones. We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal. Sofa was not clean also. It s black and blue so dirt can not be seen, but the moment you seat on it, your full body will be itching. Even in the bed that was the same thing, so we had to remove the full bedsheets and ask to change it. Otherwise, rooms were very spacious and calm/quiet.

The hotel is located very close to the city center, yet it is in a peaceful and quiet area where you can truly relax and enjoy your stay. The staff were absolutely wonderful — very friendly, welcoming, smiling, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service was simply outstanding. The hotel was impeccably clean and everything was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant and memorable! ❤️

The hotel is very new and clean, and it was a pleasure to be there. During the day, it was a bit noisy due to construction nearby, but quiet at night. I appreciated the iron and ironing board in the hallway. The receptionist was not always there, which can be annoying if you have a late check-in. There was no AC and no breakfast options yet, but I believe the hotel is still under development. Overall, I'd recommend staying there again!

One of the safest place I've ever stayed

Plenty of parking of parking opportunities at the hotel which is inside a gated business park which is guarded by polite and professional security guards around the clock. This also makes for the surroundings being pleasently quiet as there's basically no traffic. I got upgraded to a suite which was one of the nicer rooms I've ever stayed in at a hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only downside really is that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast. This can however be remedied by either a ten minute walk or a <1000 Dram (~€2) gg taxi to the SAS Food Court nearby.

This hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a quiet and peaceful stay. My only suggestion is regarding the double bed, which was quite small for two adults. I would recommend upgrading to standard-size double beds to make guests’ stay more comfortable
