The lady at the reception was very kind and friendly, she was fantastic, I really appreciated her kindness throughout our stay! The only reason I gave this stay a 4/5 was because our pillows did have stains on them on both beds and some areas were not fully clean in the room but despite that everything else was amazing. "I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I love the pool/ hot tubs/ and sauna , it is all so well maintained , the rooms are great . We go for a girls trip and it’s wonderful place to relax and plenty of great restaurants walking distance nearby. Staff so thoughtfully upgraded us from a studio to one bedroom which is such an appreciated gesture when not busy . Thank-you for a great stay :)"

"This was a terrible stay at Executive Inn Whistler. When we checked in, there was dog hair all over the room. While booking, it clearly stated that only designated rooms are pet-friendly, so this was very disappointing. On top of that, the heater wasn’t working and the induction stove also didn’t work.
