"We had a short but pleasant stay at the hotel. Initially we had a problem with Vietnam visa coming to Hanoi so our trip was cut short. When we arrived Happy was extremely accommodating and actually offered a complimentary night , so we can enjoy Hanoi. We are very pleased with our stay and would recommend to other guests ."

"Highly recommend this hotel if your staying in Hanoi l. The rooms are clean, comfy, safe in room, friendly staff and great breakfast. What really makes this place amazing is their manager Jennie! When I arrived her went over my plans for Hanoi and recommended and changed them, even saving me money on a better experience! I've seen her on his day off at the hotel to ensure his guests have all they need. She is really made my stay fantastic!"

"The staff had been very polite and attentive. Even my friend was shocked to receive a birthday note. Amenities could be a bit dated but for this price range and location, it's still worth it. Keep up the positive work and step up the maintenance accordingly! Thank you for the warm service."

"We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi right in the middle of the action and excitement of the city but felt like a quiet retreat each time we came back. The rooftop pool and bar was a lot of fun for the whole family, and our children really enjoyed the chance to swim in the beautiful water! The best part of our trip, however, was the help we received from Hanne! She was absolutely amazing and even let me connect with her on WhatsApp for city sightseeing and food recommendations. She was incredibly professional but so sweet and friendly! The entire staff was amazing as well, so accommodating and sweet. Really impressed with this stay!"
