"I had a really great stay at Signature du Lac. The staff were amazing, the property was lovely, and the food was excellent. I had dinner served at the rooftop bar, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was incredible, and the afternoon tea is definitely worth trying too. I also got a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was wonderful! I’d recommend booking a room with a window, as some rooms don’t have one (this is clearly mentioned when booking). My only complaint would be the 4% surcharge for credit card payments. I noticed this at other hotels in Hanoi too, but I think it’s unnecessary and something they should reconsider. Other than that, I really can’t fault the place. They seem to get everything right, and I’d happily stay here again!"

"The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Our balcony room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful with planning tours and airport transfers. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax and enjoy the city views with happy hour drinks and delicious dinner options. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We stayed for just one day, but had a great experience. The hotel is in downtown Hanoi, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable."

"The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room was always clean. They let us store our luggage after checkout because our flight was at night, giving us time to explore more of Hanoi before leaving. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Hanoi, especially because of the wonderful staff!"

"Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). Famous chocolatier (Marou Chocolate) is right down the street (2mins walk) and a Circle K (convenience shop) located just a few steps away. Staff were great as they helped us arrange for both airport transfers and Halong Bay day tour. Also, it is located adjacent to the main street, hence it doesn't get rowdy and noisy at night. Quiet enough to get a peaceful night sleep."
