Possible I would like to get my money back
And will never book this chain of hotel again
Be careful of all trick in marketing to avoid being victims"

"Gute Unterkunft. Wenige Gehminuten (ca. 700 m) von der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Glattbruck entfernt, von der aus man schnell ins Zentrum von Zürich kommt. Mein Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, dafür war der Inhalt der Minibar kostenlos (diverse Getränke). Für mich ist das Hotel eine erwägenswerte Option bei einem Zürich - Besuch auch wenn es 10 S-Bahn-Minuten vom Zürcher Hauptbahnhof entfernt liegt. "
