The room was amazing! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our experience here! Wish we would’ve booked for 2 nights. One night was not enough! Would recommend this ryokan!
Very beautiful room, though it could use a little maintenance. Very relaxing and comfortable none the less.
The restaurant staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Nakamura. He provided exceptional service and really showed he cared about the customers overall experience in Hakone.
The hotel is very exclusive; friendly staff and even when we dine we were by ourselves. Never had such a private experience before. Easy access to bus to get u around town.
This was a treat during brief, overnight stay. Now that we've had two hot springs tubs we've been shamelessly spoiled, not to mention the incredible meals and service.
