I then checked in with the desk - gave the front desk person my debit card for the temporary $50 hold charge and was then given the key card for the room. About 1-2 hours later a man comes in the room claiming that it was his room. We went out to the front desk and it was then that we were told our room was double booked. It was extremely unprofessional and I barely slept all night in fear that someone else would come barging in."

"It is by the highway but was reasonably quiet. No smoking all over and that was great. Room setup was inconvenient: bathroom next to the bed. Kind of weird. Made the room appear so small. Not much selection for breakfast compared to similar hotels in the neighborhood."
