"The room was clean, bottles of water available and re-stocked daily. The staff overall were friendly and amenable, some more so than others. Breakfast was buffet selection, the service received was dependent on the staff. On the second morning we were served coffee at the table, rather than using the machine, and asked as we entered. From another client were informed that omelettes and poached eggs were available. This was not mentioned, nor advertised, yet there is a booklet on where all breakfast items are sourced Unable to comment on the bar. My only issue, which I did raise with reception, however more likely the booking platform rather than the hotel, was the price increase a few days before our arrival. I personally feel the price advertised at the time of booking, should be the price I'm paying, not an inflated price. "

"The b&b is very clean and in a good location, I’d give 5 stars but the breakfast was very disappointing. We were told it was served between 8-10am. We came down at 9, there were no eggs left and nobody came out to replenish. Also there were dirty dishes left around the kitchen as there was no obvious place to leave them and nobody came to collect them. I’m sure staff were lovely but we didn’t see them. They did bring a towel to our room once but that was it. If they improve the breakfast they’re worth 5 stars."

"A little mix up with check in was quickly rectified by hotel staff. They were quick and professional and friendly. The upgrade they gave us was more than appreciated. Cultra Inn- amazing. Food was yummy. Breakfast- so good. Scenery and views-unreal. Hotel in general was just a treat. Bar was cosy and the drinks so tasty. The zest bar in the spa was really the only let down. The cafe area was dirty and unmanned late Friday afternoon. I waited for quite some time and was stood staring at dirty dishes and crates on the counter. I was looking forward to a drink and just left. The rest of the spa was lovely. we will absolutely be back. "

"Our family of 7 needed a last-minute place to stay and booked this gem for a night. The hosts were so kind as they welcomed us late and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, all areas clean and parking was provided. The breakfast in the morning was so enjoyed by all and we would not hesitate to return here if ever in the area."
