"I was welcomed by a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite in a connected building. We use the o2 regularly and we were disappointed with the standard of apartments in comparison to the hotel. This actually felt a downgrade and was disappointing given the price we paid for the hotel rooms which we enjoy. Our group had 5 apartments. The tv didn’t work in two rooms and the air con failed to keep any of the rooms clean. Everything on the hotel side was lovely however we would prefer not to be “upgraded” to the apartments in future"

"The highly professional Staff, the great location & security, comfy beds and affordable rates are always the main reason I choose to reserve at the Ibis - Greenwich Village, London UK. The hotel itself has old sometimes horribly stinky plumbing, toilets that no tall person could fit onto, no room safe, no entryway closet, no mini frig, and minimal amenities. All that being said, I will most likely continue to keep this hotel on my list as long as I am traveling on my own as my husband would not survive here!"

"The hotel is located in a very good Greenwich area. The condition of the rooms is another thing. I asked for an accesible room and the one offered had dirty walls, stained carpets, totally unacceptable. I finally accepted one with less issues but it had courtains with holes, the desk chair was old, dirty and had broken linings. In the bathroom the shower had mold, the shower head dripped, the light fixture had parts broken. Additionally, the bed head had a light that didn't work. So many issues that should not happen on a four stars hotel."

"Terrible customer service and no consideration whatsoever. Cancelled my booking for a week because I missed the cut off to provide my ID online by a few hours. Called their customer service immediately to tell them that I have done it but they continued to cancel my reservation. Lost my entire payment for the whole week. Would not even negotiate and give me a partial refund. Poor customer service and quite opportunistic. I would avoid at all cost. "
