"Smelly. It's nothing like a 3 star hotel. I went for an interview next day and all my clothes were smelly and floor never cleaned and the shower overflow. Please don't book this even for free. Not worth it. Disgusting"

"A lovely hotel, some lovely staff but a couple seemed to not be having their best day on our arrival, nice spa, great location. Food was not brilliant, no teaspoon on the tray in the room, mirror not well cleaned and torn net curtains. Housekeeping did make up our room but it looked a bit like my 17 year old son had a go at it. This isn't a bad review as it's a hotel that could be a few very small changes from being perfect. Good central location yet quiet enough to have the windows open at nighttime. Two members of staff shone: Ade in the restaurant and Sam on reception, really friendly."

"Our stay was short but wonderful. There was great communication and information provided before our stay. The host was welcoming and the room had everything that we needed. It was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and a great shower. Breakfast was freshly cooked and really set us up for the day. We were really blessed with the weather and the location was perfect for us, away from the bustle of the seafront but an easy walk into the theatre/harbour area.
