"television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return"

"Unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing overall. The breakfast was the worst, food was cold, the selection was very limited, and several items were constantly unavailable. The pool café also seemed to regularly run out of food and we were often told they “didn’t have it” or we couldn’t get certain items. Dinner service was very poor. The quality of the food was extremely disappointing across the board, including both the buffet and the restaurant-style dining options. Service...

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."

"Very hospitable and friendly staff! A bit of a walk to downtown but you can easily take a taxi by downloading “aquarides” or taking the local bus (which is cheap). The area itself isn’t the best but no one gave us any problems. The restaurant upstairs had reasonably priced food and it tasted yummy. "

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "
