"The good: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was mediocre but we expected that from the photos. We arrived several hours before check-in and as we were just staying to catch an early morning flight the next day, didn’t have other plans. They let us use the pool and stored our luggage until check-in. The bad: It is close to the airport and the planes landing are very loud. There is also lots of noise from the road and other rooms. Could have been timing (Spring Break) but other residents had people in and out all night partying and we had several knocks on both the door and window throughout the night. They did not have additional pillows, the mattress felt worn in and past its lifespan, and luggage storage is in an unsecured snack/toiletry store off the reception area. We nicked named it the “La Can’t Sleep.” Consider this a motel when comparing accommodations. Overall in my top 3 worst nights stay at a hotel."

"Basic hotel “scrambled eggs”. Oatmeal premade and too watery. Quaker instant would be much better. All else was great except the pool could be warmer. "

"They canceled our reservation for 3 nights literally as we were being picked up from the airport by their own shuttle. Spring break weekend, and how could i find another hotel for 3 nights when the city is packed with tourists?! They said my credit card was declined because expedia didnt put a high enough amount on it. OUR CREDIT IS EXCELLENT. So instead of contacting me and asking, they simply cancelled the whole reservation, and then rebooked our room to someone else!!! When we got there off their shuttle, they were sold out and we were without a place to stay!!!!! We are in a strange city with no where to.go and no.way to get there!!! It ended up costing us another 850$ to find somewhere to sleep in tbat desperate day!! Very un happy and we will be contacting the BBB and our attorney about this!! Thats alot of money ane its supposed to be the 1st day lf our vacation!!"

"The breakfast was average but plentiful and satisfying. The pool area was beautiful. The equipment room was also nice. We especially appreciated the free hotel shuttle and the $15 cruise terminal shuttle. There were restaurants close by. The free laundry service and printing. Station were very much appreciated."

"Staff was very friendly but the room was dirty. As we were packing up, we checked under the bed and saw leftover food items including packaged food from previous guests. The bathroom door does not lock and the TV remote was broken so we had to manually adjust volume. Breakfast was also disappointing. The orange juice was watered down and options were very limited. It seemed like they were low on stock on all items. "
