"Mirage has excellent location, right above the water, with a walkway to get to Airlie beach and the marina. It also has a bus stop just down the road to get to Airlie beach or any other location. The apartment was huge with sweeping views of the water. The only negative for me was the bed, which was too soft but that is individual preference. The buffet breakfast was sufficient, however if you wanted real coffee you had to purchase from the bar, otherwise just instant coffee. Generally, buffet...

"First of all picture represented on the Internet was not the room that I got. In saying that I was very happy with the room, as it was a lovely room.
The room had no Internet connection which was not displayed prior to purchase. That cost me a lot of money purchasing my own data which made the cost of my stay much more than a normal accommodation would have cost.
After speaking to the manager Kate, she tried to tell me that Internet was complimentary and that in two weeks that would be fixed....

"This place exceeded our expectations, it’s at the top of a hill which is easily walkable so the view is exceptional! The host was so kind and helpful as well and being that we are from Canada we had a few questions! My daughters and I enjoyed ourselves so much, eating dinner on our patio while watching the cockatoos all around us. I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it!"

"Pros: Monique - the guest service agent from the reception was amazing! Would always get back to my calls and provide assistance accordingly, she even got me painkillers when I was unfortunately having bad cramps during my holidays! Spacious place!
Cons: One of our friends at the twin single bed rooms’ bed had old stains on her linen, so she wasn’t too comfortable in sleeping in it. And the floors were a bit dirty! Wifi was very weak. Parking was a little tight but overall is a very affordable...
