Great stay in Airlie Beach! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to the lagoon, restaurants, and marina. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the views were stunning. Perfect base for exploring the Whitsundays.

We booked this because of the close access to the Port. It is clean enough, but our room had ants. The staff were cheerful and friendly. But there is a strong smell of cleaning solution or air freshener all over the hotel, in rooms that is overpowering

Our room was clean and well serviced. The staff at reception were friendly, helpful answering anybody questions and following up on our requests. Our room was above the sports bar. We would have liked to have used our balcony but couldn’t because of the music which played from 10am til late in the evening.

While the Airlie beach hotel is an Icon in the area it is in some areas slowly declining in upkeep. The little things in bathrooms, kitchens, wall mountings and so forth. Paying good money for excellent location in reality, not quality lodgings. Still a good expensive dining experience and better off getting a carton of beer from the bottlo unless you want over priced schooners.
