"2 ladies on reception were veey welcoming and efficient upon check in. The whole hotel is pristinely clean. The room was spacious , spotless and comfortable. Everythkng was modern and the little toiches such as bottled water and slippers were very much appreciated. The location is so convenient for the train station , as well as local shops , bars etc. We didnt eat here at all as we already had other plans but now i wish we did as the food looked really good and fairly priced. The bar area is again very clean and welcoming. "

From the moment we arrived, Suzanne and her staff went far beyond the extra mile to make our trip a magical and memorable experience. The place is spotless – rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable – and you couldn’t ask for a better location, just a stone’s throw from Anfield Stadium. This place is a real hidden gem and an absolute credit to Suzanne and her team. Everything was outstanding from start to finish. I’ll definitely be recommending it to anyone heading to Liverpool, and we won’t look past staying here again on our next trip. An absolute delight!"

"Great communication from the team prior to my arrival. Nice clear instructions on how to get to the accommodation and access codes etc. Jamie greeted me and spent some time having a chat. Room was comfortable and warm, I was in a room for 6. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Would definitely stay again when next in the city."
