"Nice hotel."

"Overall, the hotel was nice. A continental breakfast is provided from 6 to 10 AM. Check out is at 12 PM which is great and the hotel looks modern and fresh. However, the shower stall in my room had old soap scum stains, which was really shocking & disgusting. It was late at night, otherwise I would’ve requested a new room. Thankfully, I had my own Lysol. I did tell the staff and they didn’t seem too concerned. I asked where can I submit a complaint the last at the front desk said “Well, you’re not a member, so you can tell Expedia.” I told I want to follow up with Holiday Inn and she gave me the rewards number and she repeated that I’m not a member, but maybe someone can help me. I plan to submit a formal complaint to prevent this from happening again."

"There is something sticky in top shelf on door of fridge. Top of table needed to be wiped. Room 312. The breakfast was not great. The sausage did not taste good. I wish the hard boiled eggs were previously peeled. The potato wedges and biscuits were dry. The oatmeal looked unappetizing. The only milk available was skim milk. It was difficult to get the plates as they were only near the waffle area and I had to interrupt people when they were making waffles to get a plate. I liked the Granny Smith apples on the front desk counter. I liked that the coffee/tea area offered French vanilla creamer. The sleeves of the coffee cups don’t fit and are too small."

"I had booked our room through Expedia about 2 months before travel. I booked a queen suite with sofa bed and when we got to the property they said they only had a king suite with sofa bed. The receptionist said it was Expedia's fault because they don't check what rooms the hotel has available. Not sure if that is true or not. Made for a very tight stay for our family of 6 for 5 nights. There was a bunch of hair on the pool deck for 2 days before being cleaned up. Breakfast staff was grouchy and didn't keep area stocked well. Breakfast left something to be desired."

"We loved the huge size of the suite. This property was well maintained and the breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others."

"I was quite surprised by how clean, and well maintained they keep the rooms and facilities. Not a lot of flair, but clean and comfortable. Better condition than some 5 star rated hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s clear the management here cares and is doing a great job. The evening food and drinks, really is inviting, and a value you don’t often find."
