"We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...

"This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. "I am a bit late in leaving this review as I don’t usually leave them but this B&B is amazing! Me and my partner stayed at the vine B&B in August for 1 night as we were at a wedding reception near by. From start to finish the experience was amazing"

"Charming B&B excellent accommodation great spot easy walk into Woodhallspa. Breakfast was superb. Staff and owners could not be more helpful. Plenty of parking, nice areas to sit and relax in and out of rooms. Immaculately clean. Good spot from which to walk cycle and tour. Quiet but not remote. In room refreshments aplenty and generous bathroom consumables including towels. Room airy, air con perfect given heatwave we encountered, shower big powerful and very nice. Bed huge and super comfy....
