"I just got done with a 5 night stay with three small children. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. First of all, it is spotless. The staff works tirelessly to keep everything pristine clean. (I even came upon one housekeeper who was on her knees scrubbing the baseboards in the hallway.) I’m not kidding this hotel was SO CLEAN! For breakfast they had staff there to always be stocking things and tidying up. The housekeeping staff was 10/10!!!! So friendly too!!
The staff overall were amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. It was extremely hot in Ukiah when we were there and our AC stopped working and within an hour they had a new room for us on the same floor and were very apologetic! So wonderful!!
So many people mentioned a good breakfast but it was stellar! Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy every morning. Along with cinnamon rolls, an assortment of breads (including GF bread), muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, milks, and some fruit. They even had soy milk cartons! We all loved it!
The pool was great! The fitness room was clean and in good order. There was a nice coffee maker with freshly ground coffee in it 24/7.
I can guarantee you that you will have a wonderful stay here! Whenever I come back to Ukiah I will only be staying here."
"The staff was great! Tanya at the front desk does the work of three with a smile and great attitude. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean. The pool was refreshing!! The housekeeping staff was great, too."
"My friend and I had a really good experience at Hampton Inn. The staff were very helpful and polite. The chocolate waffles at breakfast were delicious and I was able to get on the treadmill in the Inn's gym to walk them off...lol! Hampton Inn is also in a great spot and located near Walmart, Applebee's, Starbucks and other places."
"Staff was amazing from start to finish. Great price.
There are a few characters in the area , but they stay to themselves and don’t bother anyone. If you are looking for an affordable spot with a great accommodating staff check it out."
