"The Banff Ptarmigan Inn was very nice, it was a perfect location, close to downtown and walking distance to many restaurants and to shopping. The shuttle to the ski hills was just outside the door, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. "The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hardest thing was finding parking as we got there early to secure a spot. Our room was quiet and comfortable but getting our suitcases to the room difficult as we had to o navigate stairs. Otherwise recommend staying there. "

"Our 4th time there in the past two months and we haven’t been disappointed yet. Property is clean, well maintained, and well laid out. We have had the same lady check us in the past 3 times and has always been a good start to our stay. I forget her name, but shoutout to her. Half price pasta Monday cannot be beat. Pool facilities are top notch. Little bit of a walk into town, but we prefer this as the property is more laid back and less chaotic than being right downtown. We are platinum members...
