The Z Hotel Glasgow

"We spent 4 nights at the Z hotel. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and quiet. A nice breakfast buffet was available every morning for an extra charge. The lobby was quiet and cozy. Here are the reasons I would consider another hotel in the future. The rooms are quite small with limited space. The bathroom lighting is awful, one small fixture in the ceiling. The room needs more hooks for personal belongings (there are no dressers or drawers). There's only one hook in the bathroom. With 2 occupants and towel service every other day, where do you hang 2 towels to dry along with your toiletry bag? The hotel is located close to the Queens street train station. It is a busy neighborhood with lots of nighttime activity. We prefer a quiet location of the beaten path. Great location if you are planning on touring Scotland by train. Although our needs were not in alignment with the amenities of this Hotel, I cannot say enough about the wonderful and accommodating staff, they deserve a 5 star rating."

"First time we have used this particular hotel in Glasgow but certainly will not be the last. From our first contact with staff at reception to the checkout everyone was so friendly and genuinely wanted us to have a nice stay there. The room was lovely with a super king and the decor,both in the bedroom and the bathroom, was modern and bright. Our room had a side view of the Clyde which was great, as it was a bright sunny day. Great central location and nearby discounted parking was easy to access. Thank you Leonardo !"
