"I really liked this hotel. I didn’t notice any major issues, and overall it felt well run and comfortable. The location is excellent, with about a five-minute walk to the central station, around ten minutes to Queen Street station, and a subway nearby, so getting around is extremely convenient. The quality is very good. It’s clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The setup seems to combine hotel guests and students, but it didn’t cause any problems, and everyone seemed respectful. Breakfast was a highlight. It’s a full continental buffet with lots of choice, and staff keep everything topped up, so there’s always plenty available. Because it’s in the city centre, you may hear some street noise at night, including the occasional drunk people outside. The hotel itself feels safe, with security present in the evenings, but it’s sensible not to walk around outside too late. Overall, it’s a secure, convenient, and very pleasant place to stay."

"Nice hotel with a good breakfast conveniently located next to Central Station. The room is well designed although a bit small for two people sharing. The temperature cannot be controlled by the guest, and a bit warmer than our liking."

"We stayed at the Royal Leonard hotel. We absolutely loved this place. Fantastic location, great parking just next to hotel. Staff were very nice, Junior suite room was beautiful and all the extra touches were lovely. Our room could have been slightly cleaner but overall really good. Would definitely stay here again."
