"Our room was comfortable and had a nice shower. The area is noisy, so we had to close the windows and run the AC which worked fine. The location of the hotel is ideal. Tram lines are near enough and the local sights are literally right outside your window. Staff was helpful and the breakfast suitable. Would recommend."

"We were upgraded to a family room but would have rather stayed in superior room due to lack of attention to furnishings. It was a large room and needed more rugs, furniture and wall hanging. So large it could be divided into 2 separate spaces."

"Super friendly and accomodation staff. The rooms are a good size, it's nice to have separate living rooms and bedrooms to stop the noise from the hallway (not that there was much anyway). The room was well kept, but there were a few stains and marks on the bedding. The breakfast was adequate, but felt a little lacking."

"Room was clean and spacious. Everything in the room worked very well. Quiet hotel and lovly breakfast. Only draw back was having to wait over 35 minute to check in past our check in time. After a long drive with kids you just want to get in and relax. Most members of staff very helpful. When we first arrived the 2 who were checking in were next to useless"
