"The staff was wonderful. The check-in person was so helpful orienting us to the city and making recommendations. And, when we left she organized a taxi. When he didn't show up as scheduled, she went above and beyond to get another one quickly and figured out a different train station so we could more easily catch the correct train. Then stayed with us to confer with the driver on the change of destination. It was all so very helpful and appreciated."

"We booked a King suite and it was an amazing room. Lots of space, very comfortable bed, large 4 piece ensuite. There is a lovely lounge area with a number of cozy rooms to sit in and socialize. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Bruges."

"I stayed in a basic room, which was quite sufficient for my needs. I chose to opt out of housekeeping visits and was given a token for a free drink on each of the days. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, but it looked very nice and was well used by other guests. The reception staff were very friendly and I used the luggage room on my last day after checkout."

"Very good value for the money. Clean, modern hotel with good amenities. The location close to Dampoort station a plus, walking distance everywhere. Only 15 min walk to old town center. Staff was super helpful, young, multilingual. On site bar with good snacks and sandwiches. We didn't try their breakfast. Plenty of secure parking underground for a reasonable 22 Euro for 24 hrs. Full kitchen and fridge on the room was another plus. Drinkable tap water, no need to buy bottled water."

"The Post is absolutely breathtaking, inside and out! We stayed in the new Porter House wing in the Family Suite and it definitely exceeded our expectations. This particular room overlooks a beautiful part of the canal, has an incredible terrace with a large personal sauna and two immaculately decorated bedrooms with blackout drapes and earplugs (which you'll need because there are young people who play music and party literally all night on the canal). The Cobbler is a gorgeous bar and serves a full breakfast in the morning - definitely worth a try while staying, it's expensive but delicious!"

"We were upgraded to a family room but would have rather stayed in superior room due to lack of attention to furnishings. It was a large room and needed more rugs, furniture and wall hanging. So large it could be divided into 2 separate spaces."
