"The hotel and our room were a 10 on a 10 scale. The staff unfortunately seemed just plain tired. No welcome smiles- neither at the reception nor the dining. Maps of the town were impossible to read. The breakfast servers stood around talking. Never came by to check on us or refill our coffees. There was no concierge and many of the staff were new and seemed to know nothing about the town. Truly- a very surprisingly unfriendly experience. But loved the hotel!"

The only thing that lets it down is the extortionate cost for parking...way beyond anywhere else in Bath! We ended up using JustPark and paying £16 for over 24hrs parking rather than the £50 at the hotel!"
