"Staff did not greet upon arrival and left me standing at desk for a while. Check in took a long time. Was called back later to come back and redo deposit due to a system glitch. This took another 20mins. Room had little musty smell to it. Breakfast ends at 9 yet the orange juice and coffee were empty at 830. Coffee refilled but staff said no to refilling juice. All breakfast items being put away at 850. Staff eating her own breakfast at desk while talking on private phone call"

"We love it here. Perfect location. Reserved parking with Spothero in the same building saves $$$. Pool water is cold. Hot tub was not as hot as I like especially since the weather was cold. Room was clean. Everything worked. Only queen bed but we survived. DG in the same building and really close to everything. "

"Mattress and pillows were not comfortable. There was a lot of light that still came through the sides of the dark out shade. The sink had mold around the drain."

"Nice boutique hotel within walking distance to dining and shopping. Also an easy commute to downtown Nashville."

"The hotel was pretty clean but the rooms had very distinguished smells. Probably because of the carpets ad dust in them."

"PARKING WAS ATTROCIOUS! THE OWNER WAS THERE A SPENT 5 DAYS HOGGING THE 1 OF 3 HANDICAPPED PARKING NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR! HE HAD NO HADDICAPPED TAGS OR WINDSHIELD HANG UP PLACKARD! I am handicapped! Had to walk over wet grass that was uneven in total darkness because their parking lot could NOT accommodate about 25 people. ThIs was for 4 nights the same. His staff said he feels entitled to park there, although he is NOT IN ANY HADDICAPPED!! I WILL NOT STAY THEIR AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE OWNER'S NON-CARING ATTITUDE"
