"The room was clean, check- in was fast and staff was friendly!"

"Annoying employee crossed a line in the pool area thinking she can tell me how to parent my children. They were jumping in the pool. No signs posted that they can’t. Diving and jumping feet first are 2 different things. They respectfully stayed from people while doing it. Employee explains to children they can’t and then came to speak to us. Despite disagreeing, we intended to do as she said. We acknowledged and told her we’d handle it. Employee continued to stand behind us hoovering until each child was spoken to, making remarks to us between speaking to our 3 children individually. I finally got tired of it and told her to back off as we can parent our own children. Such a disrespectful staff member. Everyone else was great. Not a good look on the hotel. "

" Clean hotel, staff knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, amenities are out of this world!! I have never even heard of a hotel feeding you breakfast and dinner to drink tickets per adult give you a snack in the evening and you can have all the soft drinks that you want. My son and I love to get away for the night and go there even though it’s not very far away it’s our little mini Vacay!! I recommend them to anybody in this world, and you won’t regret it."

"The property is under renovations. Breakfast area has supplies all over the area meant for the renovations. The room we stayed in was new, updated furniture and clean. I cannot complain about the room. Bathroom could use a bit of a clean up but was alright."

"Very Nice Hotel…. It was super clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Very quiet we didn’t have and disturbances. Wonderful breakfast options they are very inclusive. I don’t have a single complaint. "

"I was not able to connect to the Wi-Fi and that kind of made my stay a little uncomfortable considering I brought my electronics, but the room was extremely clean a nice size kitchen and an immaculate bathroom parking was great. I just wish the Wi-Fi was able to reach the third floor with strength. "

"35 minutes to check in, whole hotel under renovations, dust EVERYWHERE finally get to room had wires sticking out of it, mold in tub. Very unacceptable. Asked for refund and Karen at front desk started being very rude, finally got ahold of the manager and he was very nice and refunded our money. We did not stay even an hour. "
