"This is a great little hotel very close to Santa Apolonia station. Great views of the water, very clean, comfortable beds, great shower and conveniently located. Good communication with the host and clear instructions for entry. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Paula was an amazing host and flexible to our family needs. Very responsive and always helpful. Only tip is to communicate ahead of time to ensure the apartment meet your needs, they have a few different options. We had one that was not ideal for us, but then Paula quickly resolved and was very understanding. Finally, area is walkable don't recommend having a vehicle. Use Bolt in town. "

"Accessibility by tram is good. But they don’t care about your situation. They just there to earn money. The electric cut off in our room and no help. Then the a/c are leaking in almost all the room. I have to even tell them we put a basin. Communication is poor. The place is dusty and we have to wipe the floor with our towel. If it were not for the location I’d give this place a solid 2!"

"This was my fourth stay at the Aqualuz. The hotel is perfect for me, and it is right in the middle of one of my favourite parts of the world to visit. I am there for work, so I have ideal access for where I need to be, in an extremely comfortable hotel, with spacious rooms and great facilities (including breakfast, the pool, and the bars/restaurants), and (the highlight) to have near-direct access to an incredibly beautiful beach. "Great location and a clean hotel with a friendly staff. We had a fantastic sea-view from the balcony. Room was huge with a space to chill on a double sofa as well as quiet balcony. Queen bed good to share and everyone will have a good night sleep. Plenty of options for breakfast, including healthy choices like fresh fruits or chia seeds for healthy eaters. Hot breakfast included in price (fresh omelettes and pancakes made while you wait). Hotel staff was very friendly however at busy times unable to serve all for breakfast and on some occasions some food/plates/mugs/cutlery etc were missing. No options for HB or All inclusive but they have restaurant on site. One negative part was that hotel was situated on top of the hill so to go to the beach or restaurants it is a bit of the climbing so not for all abilities nor children."
