"This was no resort at all. It's a motel. It's rundown and dirty. They had hand towels in the bathroom with 1 washcloth. Phone was not even plugged into the wall. And the plug was behind the bed. Can't even get to it. Had to go down the horrible elevator to get more towels and washcloths to get us ..."

"The staff very curtly informed me there were no restrooms in the Lobby! I had to wait to get checked in (charged $15) to park before I could get in the room to go to the restroom. Only two bath towels, no hand towels or wash clothes and no extra blankets. The plaster was falling off the ceiling. ..."
