"This hotel has very large rooms compared to others in Paris. Room had mini fridge, microwave oven, glasses and dishes as well as a sink to wash them. The bed was comfortable and in the lobby there was coffee and sparkling water for free 24/7. The area does look a bit insecure at night. The metro station is located around 500 meters from the hotel and it takes like 20 minutes to get to the city center. Service was very good and breakfast was ok."

"This hotel is good . Bed is good and the area is close to all transportation. It has many restaurants around and the area does not seem to be dangerous.
But our only issue was at least in the 3rd floor that the wifi didn’t work so I used my personal data from my phone most of the time .
Other than the lack of wifi in the 3 rd floor everything was ok . "
"Excellent boutique hotel just 3-4 min walk from Paris Gare de Lyon train station, which made it so easy to get the metro all over Paris. Lively area but the room was very quiet, with a comfortable bed and room darkening curtains to get a good sleep after walking Paris all day. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I would happily return. "La Petite Rosa is a real hidden gem. If you go to Paris and want to avoid the overpriced touristy hotels, this place is for you. You will not find a tourist here. The hotel is in the 12e arrondissement, close to Bercy st Emilion but away from the tourists. Reason why we always stay here. We want to soak up the Parisian way of living and try to blend in.It s a very small and quaint place.Do not expect your regular American standards. But again, that is what we LOVE about this place. "Well located by Place d’Italie metro station, which is on direct line to gare de l’Est and gare du nord. Superior room was good size but bathroom very small. Slept well as rooms soundproofed. Breakfast delicious with good range of items. Weather not too good so did not make use of the garden or free yoga session. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. "
"The property was very clean. There was one particular agent, a young gentleman, who had greeted us upon arrival and throughout our entire stay he was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Often we would see him working very hard moving boxes and working the breakfast area in the mornings but he never hesitated to greet us with a warm hello and always checked up on us. We will definitely come back to stay here again."
"We were in a room with a king size bed facing the arena. The room is clean and comfortable. There are cafe nearby and Bercy Metro is just outside of the hotel which makes it easy to get to places. Full continental breakfast was included. Staff are courteous. If looking for something to eat that's close by we can recommend Rambo a Cambodian restaurant."
