"The rooms we’re half cleaned the beds we’re dirty i noticed after turning the sheets Down to go to sleep there was dirt and debris the pool water was salty don’t ask and breakfast was cold no tongs to pick up food it wasn’t flavorful the batter for waffles was sour tasting no milk that I seen I did like the receptionist she was respectful and polite but it wasn’t worth the money we had to pay I will not take my family back there again I do not recommend it at all ."

"The location is great right by the arch. The room was very spacious and clean for the most part, however there was a dead cockroach in the room that was quite disturbing. But the staff did make up for it and provided a credit. Parking garage was steep and super cramped each space was by a massive concrete pillar. As a very early riser, I was able to get a cup of coffee and bring back to my room. I also appreciated the organic half and half that was supplied! Dan & Rosie were very welcoming! "Pros: Rooms were clean. Had a fridge. The view of the arch was nice. No smoking in the casino! Great restaurants in the casino but pricey. Bed was comfortable. Nice park walking distance from hotel with a great view of the river, arch, and courthouse. Cons: No microwave. Windows need cleaning. Train right outside window and they start early. The cleaning staff was extremely loud in the hallway and woke us up. This went on for hours."

"Our stay has been wonderful except for the fact that our room never gets cleaned and the only other complaint is that although it is advertised as handicapped accessible in the bathroom the shower has no grab bars and no seating in the shower. The other drawback on handicapped accessible is the front doors in the lobby have not got one that is easily available for the handicapped."

"The location was 10-10. The amenities (valet, Starbucks, breakfast, and bar) were excellent and made the stay. The hotel is starting to show its age and could use some refreshing but for the price, I was happy. It was very affordable and I wasn’t expecting 5-star perfection based on cost. Overall, great stay and would return."
