"Staffs were very nice and patient. Big thanks to the lady who check us in the hotel. She is definitely a great staff/asset who knows the area and the property. Only small feedback of our stay is, would be nice if the property could be a bit flexible with accomodating complementary late check out of 30 mins to 1 hr."

"Big bathroom, nice room layout, bed and pillow was a bit firm for my preference. Staff are excellent very helpful. Beautiful lobby and lovely views from the lift. Lots of restaurants and shops within 5 minutes. Very close to train station. There are lifts to move luggage at the train station. 20 minutes to disney. Close to park with clock."

"Great location if you are going to Disneyland Tokyo. Basic hotel with not many amenities (no gym or pool)."

"First of all, the staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. As foreigners, it was so lovely to have that experience. The room was easy to find and once in, it had clearly recently been renovated. The only issue with the room was that around the shower/sink area there was a damp musty sort of smell. Likely because there is carpet is that area. The beds were really comfortable and the lighting was great, having the ability to change the brightness and colour of the lights was great being with kids. The kids loved the room! The breakfast area was smaller than expected, and definitely wouldn't have been large if the hotel was anywhere near capacity but we were able to find a table for 4 ok. The offering wasn't quite as expected, having some bread we could toast would have been a great addition. Small addition but it would have been great. However, what we did have tasty. Checking out was super simple, even at 6.30am when we had go for our first train towards the airport. Overally, I'd say the stay was fine, the price was fab for Tokyo, so accesible for the train station and more importantly, Disneyland! "

"Travelled as a family of 4 we found La’gent Tokyo Bay to be very good. The staff was amazing. The rooms clean and smelling fresh. The free buses to and from Disney Parks and local train station was excellent. Lawson convenience store was just a minute walk. We would definitely stay here again. Rating Five Stars!!!"
